About the Video: Dearest Susan,

Please make my day and do this song in the final. This is Nana Mouskouri live in the Herod Atticus Theatre in Athens in the 80's. The song is perfect for you.

@Nickie: I don't think that Susan will have to fear such fears if this happens to be only one of her favourite songs. It's a recognized hymn through all over the world.

I think Susan has to be careful not to get too spiritual or preachy with her music. I think her spirituality needs to be implied in her music, but she needs to be careful not to hit people over the head with it. Johnny Cash struggled with this for many years, and finally, towards the end of his career, he was able to strike the right balance between his spiritual and secular music. I think Susan might want to study the arc of Johnny Cash's career, and see how the public responded to him when he became too overtly religious and preachy during the 70's and 80's.

Howdy Pards, Some songs get right into your soul. This here is one of them songs. It's sung around the campfires over here on beautiful starlit';s sung in39;s sung at funerals... Truth is, it's a much beloved hymn, known by folks throughout the world... Taint many songs that get ya right in the heart the way this one does... Yep, this is one of them songs that brings ya closer to God and to peace... As I come to the end of the trail I reckon this is one of them songs I'd kinda like to hear, again... I hope Susan would consider this for one of her CD's as well. It's a mighty fine song... Adios for now. Talk to ya on down the trail. Wild Ol' Dan

Thank you Rascalot! It's the perfect song for her in the final. I think she has the power in her voice like Nana Mouskouri.

Susan should thing about doing this song, after all she is from Scotland. I am sure she can give the song the full justice it deserves and 'own it'
