On behalf our 19,000+ members we would like to wish Susan Boyle all the very best of Luck for the Final of Britain's Got Talent tonight.
Susan's home town in Scotland is getting ready for a huge street party and millions of fans from around the world will be right behind Susan on her big day!

She really needs this and thanks for posting such super photographs. I have put money on my mobile phone so that I can ring the number immediately the lines are open! I hope everyone supporting Susan will also ring up asap. She is the best thing to have come out of Britains Got Talent! I don't think I have ever wanted anyone to win as much as I want Susan Boyle to win. She is such a special woman and has made me feel happy everyday listening to her audition and the semi-final song girl. You can do it girl! Go show those people what you can do! Keep your spirit up and we're all praying for you tonight!

In the e-mail I sent Susan via Ryan's e-mail, I told her, among other things, that if, when she walks out on stage she feels a soft cloud beneath her feet, that will be our love supporting her, and if, when they announce her as winner, they can hear, beyond the applause and cheers of the audience there, a distant noise, that will be us, around the world, cheering her on.

And here's how the BGT site is listing the 10 contestants in a very WEIRD way, alphabetically they note, but it certainly makes sense performance-wise with our Susan being the final one. The only exception would be that the 2 dance troops are one after the other.

What's probably going on here is that the betting business hired those goons to provoke her at the hotel. Bookies like to instill some doubt in the outcome of things otherwise they lose a lot of money in payouts. There is also the matter of Piers and his damage control issues. He was the one who patronized Susan, a woman who takes people at their word. The stuff he said in the early days about kissing her and taking her out on a date etc backfired and he had to try to control it. So he goes and does it at Susan's expense. After Susan's semi-final she saw Piers backstage and ran up to him with open arms. Then she apparently planted a big kiss on his mouth. This is the kind of thing any happy winner would do, especially one like Susan who trusts that when someone professes such devotion as Piers did, it's okay. This really bothered him but what did he expect? This man talks a mile a minute about how Susan is cracking up etc but not once does he admit his ignorance and his own bad judgement in doing what he did to her. I mean who has the brain damage here? So at this point the bookies are enjoying the doubt they need to make people bet on other acts, and Piers is getting away with what he unleashed (probably glad that Susan's effusive nature is now being "controlled"). On his blog and elsewhere he chooses very stealthily the words he uses. He appears to care for Susan while at the same time implying that he has the problem of having this "old woman" in love with him. This is all so simple to fix but no one wants to do it. The default, as announced, is that ITV has the option of preventing the "mentally ill" Susan from having another tirade on stage and might bar her from the competition at any time. How lame to discard people as a solution, and what pressure for Susan. ITV is, in truth, picking and choosing which brand of "nuts";; they want. Right now, it's the likes of power maniacs like Simon Cowell and company. Susan and her family have to realize at this point that she has enough ammo on Piers that they can break any contract with BGT and go solo. I'll give them free legal advice! I hope she sings tonight ONLY to walk off the stage immediately after and go home. I hope she resists any urges to show her bubbly and witty side and just gets the hell out of there. Enough!

Rocky10 - Thanks for the info. Is the UK on some kind of Daylight Savings Time that would change the time difference since last weekend (somewhere I think I read that-)? was a 5-hour difference to the east Coast of US last weekend, would be 1:45 PM today if no change . . .

My only fear - i keep reading there will be no internetconnection for BGT. As of right now, I am pulling up the connection nice and clear. But, if they pull a blackout on the show for us in the US, I will be devestated. Also, thanks to Rocky for keeping us up on the poll in UK, does that include Scotland. Say prayers for Susan, she by gosh has been saying prayers for us all these years and we did not even know it!

Good morning from Minne-SOH-dah! (No, we don't really talk like that, but I have to keep up appearances.) It is my understanding they are trying to send her as many of our good wishes before she sings today.
I have very strong feelings Susan will pull this off. The reason I say this is when she gets on stage she blocks everything else. She has a very strong positive power of concentration and she just keeps on going and smiles along the way. Her faith in herself is so strong, that I believes it out weighs all of our faith combined. I believe in Susan, as she believes in us. Go Susan!

Good luck Susan, it really is a pleasure listening to you, your voice is incredible, your parents would really be proud of you, so stick to it, I want to break down just listening to your voice, you show to people that when you fall down, you get back up, and continue, I am happy when good things happen to people that earned it, you did with your devotion to your parents, I also did that, and its a really special thing, I am pulling for you, and if you do not finish first, you will in my book, and never change your personality, that is the one thing that I am pulling for in the finals, wish only to see more from that, or might show others what is missing in the world today, thanks for you, being you, Good Luck!!

Wishing Susan well, but honestly who cares if she wins. Just send us all her music. If God gave us back Sinatra, Pavarotti, or J. Garland would they need to pass a contest??? She is in a league of her own. We need to hear that voice on a CD and see her concerts if she wants to tour. Our ears really don't care if she wins a talent contest.

I"m worried about the time - It's 8:21 a.m. central time in the US right now but the itv counter says it's still 10 (TEN) hours til the final. I know I'm a bit off perhaps but I figured just over 4 hours to go? Can anyone give me an idea what's correct. Like many others I HAVE to watch her live. Thanks

"Blanziflor et Helena" is sung in choir; listed to Carmina for weeks - endlessly - 31 years ago when I'd purchased Igor Stravinsky fast-paced version of Carmina Burana. If Susan ever did this solo I'll die from chills as its sung entirely in higher registers.

Here is the best I can do. I am anxious too. ITV1 should carry it at 1:45 p.m. Eastern or 10:45 a.m. Western. That would be equal to GMT + 1 for British Summer Time and it should be 6:45 p.m. at 1:45 and 10:45 respectably.

I can get ITV on my PC here in New Jersey, but like someone else mentioned, just hope they don't pull a "blackout" for the show. Not sure why they would do that, but just in case, then someone from UK will have to do a live-blog here and keep us informed every minute of what is happening. I found it hard to sleep last night and kept waking up looking at the clock thinking, "Oh, it's 2am, that's 7am UK time, Susan must be up and getting ready!" Kept doing that every hour! Pathetic, but I'm just so excited for her!

Here is what I just learned. The show tonight will be in two parts. All 10 acts will will do their "final" at 6:45 p.m. Eastern. Due to alphabetical order, our darling Susan is LAST (#10) again. They will then take a break and ITV1 will be back on the air at 2100 hours in London to announce the winner. I will print on this site the conversion after Part 1 is over. I also want to see if the feed will continue running, it did last week, and I stayed and watched the news before a soap opera came on.

Hey Dr. Earl, at the hour break switch over to ITV2 for the intervening hour and then back to ITV1 for the announcement of the winner (4:40-5:00EST here in Massachusetts) and then back to ITV2 for an hour POST-FINALS program (5:00-6:00EST) of interviews with the winner, judges and who ever else they can find.

The first time I saw Susan sing at the try outs I could tell by the sparkle in her eyes that she was a sweetheart of a person. Did she need a makeover? Only if she felt that she did. Some of us don't judge our self worth by how we look on the outside. I just want to say to her, This is Your party, Your parade, This is the time of Your life so don't let anybody take it from you! Sing for the reason that you've always sung, because You Love it and you do it so beautifully. Most of us couldn't hold a candle to you and you don't have to prove anything to anybody. Good luck, but for those of us who have had you touch our hearts, you're a winner no matter what.

They're not going to let Susan sing first and have everyone tune out when she's done. I'd be shocked if she did go first. I think one of the dance groups will open the show. BGT won't let us down, she'll sing I dreamed a dream before the night's over. After all, that song, brought them all this attention.

If what you say is so Dr. Earl than is GREAT news to me! Being last for Susan is pressuring but she's the REAL show stopper. I won't be done weeding next to the golf course till 13:00 PDT here in Cameron Park, California so will TRY to relax and keep from passing out waiting to get "the news" at susan-boyle.com on how she did.

Evka...I also had the same problem with itv.only for Great Britain. Try the link from Rocky 10. It worked for me. Please someone vote for me however many times and I also will pay you..we are trusting here and you can count on me. Does anyone know if they are going to pull this link when the show starts? I don't know how to stand it if they do.

Oh yes DannyMac, that smile will speak volumes about what's comming for us! What's going to be exciting is how the BGT people set the stage for her like "Memory" with clouds & fog mist; the "Jesus Light" effect was absolutely marvelous! As I'd mentioned on the susan-boyle.com photo blog section about one of the "Memory" pics if you'd notice behind her (i.e. at the "Jesus light")you'll see horizontal clouds floating across (actually behind) the "monolith," the dark spaces forming a Christian cross - absolutely breathtaking imagery!

Katie and Steph Bisson got to meet Susan Boyle and others from Britain's Got Talent during a trip to London with their mum this week to see Girls Aloud.
SUSAN BOYLE is sensible, sweet and down-to-earth, contrary to national media reports, according to a local family who met her this week.
Wendy Bisson and her daughters Steph, 13, and Katie, 11, had booked a last-minute deal to see Girls Aloud at Wembley on Tuesday.
They had no idea that the Wembley Plaza Hotel, where they were staying, was also home to all the Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalists.
‘We were waiting to check in and we saw someone familiar in the lobby,’ said Mrs Bisson, 50. ‘Then someone behind me said Susan Boyle was staying here.’
Soon the family, who are all avid fans of the ITV show, were seeing stars of the talent contest all around them.
‘It was so weird, actually seeing them for real,’ said Katie. ‘Now we can see them on TV and say, we only saw her yesterday. I can’t actually believe it happened.’
They managed to meet and get photographs and autographs from show participants during their three-day stay including singer Shaheen Jafargholi and dance group Diversity, but their favourite star was Scottish singer Miss Boyle.

If I am not (I could be) mistaken the woman following Susan into the studio looked like one of her best friends from Blackburn. We know the man driving the car was a representative from BGT, who has been with her since she hit our hearts, from the beginning. Paul, you have from the very onset, been our source for new and lasting friendships and right on news updates, via your site. From all of us thanks for your quality of site and guidenance. I am now back with you after going to bed at 5 AM in the States with only 4 hours sleep. I posted on Piers blog 4 times stating BGT owed Susan safety from the press, Piers praising Shaheen over Cusan, Piers leading Susan on with the date and her having a crush or him and possibly in love with him and BGT was oblogated to protect Susan and Susan's fans expected it. He did listen as I watched Piers interview yesterday on E! Entertainment and Piers stated he went to Susan and asked her to unpack her bags and stay for the finals and go for her dram. I then saw Siusan with a lady friend holding Susan's hand with photographers taking her picture as they were entering a building. Susan had a BIG SMILE on her face and looked vert HAPPY. It is a good thing Piers did talk to her or he would have been in a lot of trouble with Susan's fans.
I will always believe that BGT set this press thing to get ratings and money for the finals. Kudos to several from this fan club who posted on Piers blog to put pressure on him and BGT to correct the situation with Susan and make it right.
Now I hope Susan belts out a song and knocks the socks off of evreyone sitting on their regal seats and shows the world what she is made of.

Retired in Kalifornia - that's an absolutely brilliant idea about Susan recording the Carmina Burana solo one day!
Well, my groceries were delivered in plenty of time so I'm now going to get some violin practice done before settling down in front of the tv. Sending lots of positive vibes to a fellow Scotswoman - Susan Boyle! Great to see her looking so relaxed in that tv footage of her arriving at the rehearsal and thank goodness they now have some decent security taking all the hassle off her shoulders.

Not sure if Ms. Boyle will even get this, I have never posted on any web site in the past but wanted her to know that on the day I heard her first song I knew she has been given a gift - I thought for a moment we all have dreams its time for mine to come true.. I can't remember being this nervous even on my wedding day!! We all know she has won our hearts forever whatever the outcome but I want her to win this contest so much because she is doing it all for her mother and because Susan believes in a heaven and believes her mother is looking down at her and is with her in spirit.......I know I will need another kind of spirit after this!!

Also I read an interview where the BGT vocal coach who works with all of the contestants stated Susan has a natural talent and has one of the best voices she has ever heard. She said Susan and Paul Potts were the best but she of course wouldn't predict who would win.

Hi midillow 31, I am from Hoffman Estates, Il. Imagine catching up with you in Blackburn, Scotland. Have you got all the links, there are 2 one from Justin TV and one from ITV1. The problem is the news media said that the US will be blocked out of the BGT Final show today. I dont know if that will be both links. I believe BGT is affiliated only with ITV1.

Why, on why, would ITV want to block out any of their shows. Isn't it all about number of viewers and why would they do anything that would REDUCE the number of viewers, unless they have marshmellows between their ears.! AFter all, # of viewers = # of $ in ad revenue.

midillow 31 thanks so much for the info about the voice coach. I had not seen that and I knew Susan's voice was exceptional. I believe even her Memories performance may have exceeded Elaine Page, it's just that she has been under too much pressure lately.

I now have both ITV1 and Justin's site up and ITV1 is playing, but Justin's is on pause. Hopefully, if one is a blackout by BGT, the other will come through.

Hi, I posted before about Paul Potts saying he wasn't backing Susan because "she was a bit wobbly in places." I just wanted to say that I'm not just being a blind follower of Susan. I remember when someone sent me the Potts' YouTube video - I listened and said, "Wow, that guy is good!" But that was the end of it. I never felt the need to watch it again. With Susan, something just tugged at my heart. I watched her the first time with goosebumps and tears, and then felt compelled to watch it again and again and again and again. For me, that is something that has just not happened before. She has a special something, or as Simon would say, she has that undefinable "IT." GO SUSAN!!!!!!!!!

The Justin channel is showing a BLANK BLACK screen with a message from the moderator in the chat Room that the live Broadcast of BGT Final will start in 90 minutes. And because of the black screen, someone advises PATIENCE, certainly very difficult at a time like this. I can only hope that Susan is a lot cooler and calmer than any of us!!!

I'm on pins and needles for Susan tonight. Last night I couldn't get the ITV link to work so I've been trying the links posted here since 2 hours prior and I think I'm in to be able to catch the show. Geez, I hope so. It would be so awful if things start breaking down because of overcrowding. And where's the chat room! I'd love to share these moments with some of the wonderful fans here. Hope it comes back. you just need to click on ITV1 on left border, so a back-up. After the 10 performances it will go on pause until winners are announced at 9 PM (that's 1 PM Pacific Daylight Time for USA)So you can go to ITV2 in the meantime for More BGT and then switch back to ITV1 if you like for the results at that time.

Lucy B, my Justin TV screen is black now and the message said it's not broadcasting yet. I guess they're waiting for BGT to come on live. There's a big screen and then a smaller screen below it to the left. The big screen is orange and the small screen is now black and not broadcasting yet.

When you get to the page there will be a dizzler music player and beneath it, a chatroom.... just sign in as guest...password 7777777 Then when you connect, you will be in the lobby ...click "List Rooms" on the bottom right. Yes, I read it with my own bifocals. Simon said he would NOT let the United States see the finals live. We will have to see what happens with YouTube since they didn't make any money off Susan the first time.
Amanda has a new job with CBS on the Early Morning show starting June 1st. Amanda gave Susan credit for it. Amanda said she had been auditioning for 15 yeears in Los Angeles with no success and said because of Susan's fame CBS saw her and gave her the job.
I hope Amanda gets the chance while she is in New York to cross the street to see Susan on Broadway. LOL !

2:30 EST -Half-way thru the Finals,both MyP2P and Justin links are working SUPER, Justin is live, MyP2P has a slight delay, Justin has a chat room along side the screen. Numbers 6 & 7 next, neither one is Susan, so the last 2 are one of the dance groups and Susan, and I'm willing to bet that Susan will be last. So far there really hasn't been much comnpetition to worry about.

SUsan just performed her I dreamed a Dream and
ROCKED THE WORLD!!!!!! with extraoridnary comments from the judges and as well as a standing ovation from EVERYONE!!!
After that, I do believe she has it NAILED IN THE BAG, but we'll have to wait for the Final Announcement sometime between 4:30 and 5:00 EST!!

I am worried about her though - I think her kind and gentle self, although with a fighting nature, is actually very fragile and crushed by all these people being mean to her all week. She didn't look good at all (mentally) and I didn't think she received the reception that we all expected. Praying and crossing fingers here in Texas

Susan was absolutely brilliant. No flaws in her singing, hit the notes right on....beautiful. She did look not mentally stressed but somewhat tired. And, who would not be tired with everything she went through. I knew she would come thru...its not all about winning but giving a top notch performance. She can be very proud of herself.
The thing that I liked is she still managed to bring in a sense of humor when they were talking to her after the performance. When she gets into the professional light she will be awesome.

I am from Canada and only have gotten the priviledge to see you on youtube.com, words cannot say how stunned and privledged it was to hear your angelic voice!!! It inspired me so much that we had an internment for a husband and wife that died within 6 months apart and finally laid them to rest with your beautiful voice, there was not a dry eye in the house as it was when Britain first heard your lovely and amazing voice. I truly hope that you are doing well and will be back up and singing with that inspirational voice that God has given you!!! All the best in the future to you Susan, you are going to go far and I hope to hear you really soon
