I think the only two acts that have an outside shot at beating Susan are Flawless or Diversity, the rest didn't seem to have it, I loved 2 Grand, but they weren't on their game during the semi's, and Hollie is feeling the pressure also, I don't think they'll have time for her to restart her act in the Finals. GO FOR IT Susan!!!

It was a great relief for me that Shaheen dit not won the popular votes, but the Greek Dancers did. I cannot see any other dangers to Susan Boyle in the final either. You go Miss Boyle! Hi folks (especially all the fans in the States and elsewhere in the world)

I will vote as many times as I can for you all that i can manage (and i can afford lol!!.

We Scots always get right behind our 'own' and i know that everyone in Scotland will vote for her.

From my previous experience of watching what happens after these type of shows in the UK, I would imagine it will be no later than about July before Susan will have her first CD out, and i for one, cannot wait!.

As my usual posts say, thanks to everyone in the US and beyond for all the ongoing support. Someone close to Susan, has to, by now, informed her of this site, and hopefully she gets chances to log on and see all this support. I know that there are many people around the world that 'get' what Susan is all about, but it seems to be in the US more than anywhere. Maybe USA should be the intitials for something new now. Understanding Susan Absolutely maybe..........?

Too darn bad BGT people couldn't leak out now what's she's going to sing particularly as she's at the head of the line-up, NOT like last time where she performed last and was under SO much pressure to do well. Considering Susan wasn't feeling all that well its a miracle she'd done VERY well, enough to be the public voting favorite.

Susan now will be at the top of the line-up two good and one bad consideration:

Good:
• She'll be fresh and hopefully be at her best.
• The competition will be under intense pressure to perform well.

Bad:
• She'll be MOST anxious her performance swings the judges vote.

No matter WHAT happens Susan WILL have a professional singing career so long as us fans buy her CDs - and DVDs - and she doesn't "fold her cards" which I DON'T expect her to do.

"Rock On!" Susan, Victory is yours for the taking!

Howdy Pards,

Tomorrow is the big event...there are different times tomorrow...so can someone who knows please translate the times to Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific times as they did before?

The IvoryMist link has been working extremely well for me throughout the week. Maybe in your next blog Paul you could put another one of those "click here" things with some instructions about then clicking on Entertainment and then ITV1 etc?

It all comes down to tomorrow's show doesnt it? It's been a wild ride from that day we first met up with Susan until now. I would ask everyone to remember how she brought tears of joy and happiness to most of us who watched her first video so many times. Then how she came back like a true champion in the Semi-Finals to be the first to go through to the finals. There is no doubt in my mind that Susan deserves to win...

But, we cannot take it for granted that she will win. It is entirely up to the British public. Those of us in other parts of the world who love Susan with all our heart and soul can only pray...and hope for the best. We sure are countin' on all our friends and trail pards in Great Britain to vote for us if they can. This is the moment when Susan's dreams either will or will not come true...and it is in the hands of her loyal fans.

Now, we all know that Susan has a wonderful future even if she doesn't win...but, lets do everything within our power to help her get this victory. She brought us a great deal of joy and happiness and the way I figure it that debt is not paid back...not yet...not by a long shot.

Friends there are an awful lot of unpleasant people in the world...an awful lot of "spoilers" and "bullies". And I've got a feelin' they are gonna be out in force tomorrow. To me this all comes down to right vs wrong... good vs evil. If you don't believe me just go take a look at some of the "guest" comments on our own chat line.

So, pards, we need to stay on the trail. I hope our card and messages have been or soon will be delivered to Susan. I hope all of us do everything we can to show our love and support for her as this competition comes to an end.

A good many of us have been on this site long enough to know that Susan has brought us together to the point that we have indeed become sort of a world wide family. To me it's downright good to know that there are so many good people in the world. We need to keep standin' up for what's right...for the good things in life. Susan is in many ways a symbol of that. We are here because we love her. Because her talent and her smile lights up our world.

Let's stay on the trail pards. Send up some prayers tonight...and give thanks to the Good Lord for giving us the wonderful Lady Susan Boyle.

The ride might get a little rough ahead...but, together, let's help Susan reach that unreachable star! The trail to victory is straight ahead.

I just googled "Britains Got Talent" and got 5.4 million hits. I googled "Susan Boyle" and got 14.2 million hits, then I googled "Susan BOyle" and got 19.5 million hits. There is NOWAY the people at BGT are going to let her sing first, she will probably go last, being she's the HEADLINER.... She could pass a little gas during her performance and I'd still vote for her just from her audition alone. Of all the acts, that was by far the best one and it was during the first audition. They said many in the audiance that first night, wished she would've almost stopped because as soon as she started to sing, everyones hair stood straight up and when she got towards the end, the goose bumps and hair on everyone were going like static electricity. That's how good her voice is when she rares back. Why we all can't get enough of her. And why she's going to win this. Please give her 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 votes from me.

I have a special candle used when a friend had a massive heart attack and survived. I keep it for very important special needs and this is one. My husband is terrified of fire, so I have to put it in a pan of water in the bathtub though.

@Wild Ol' Dan: If EST has summertime or daylight savings time then EST now is UT minus 5 hours. If EST has no summertime it's UT minus 4. So if EST has summertime then in the EST zone they should light the candles from noon till 6pm on Saturday. If they don't have summertime then it's from 11 am till 5 pm. Californians with summertime light their candles saturday from 9 am till 3 pm on Saturday. Californians without summertime from 8 am till 2 pm on Saturday. I hope this works for the USA.

Someone over the pond please put in a vote for me, too, out here in California. Susan and her voice have given my life new strength and inspiration, and I can hardly stand waiting for her first CD to come out. Did someone say an estimated timeline for her first recordings? I can't find the post now. Anyway, tomorrow is not soon enough. I am so excited to hear all the ways she will use her incredibly fluid, dimensional voice, and all the songs she will bring to new heights. She said she wanted to be like Elaine Page, when she was asked. I've researched Elaine's recordings of the Les Mis song, and I have to say, Elaine should be wishing she could be like Susan. Of course she's incredibly good - but Susan's voice is in a class of extremely rare people. We are so fortunate to be seeing her emerge now. Blessings, blessings, blessings for Susan and I hope she will ENJOY the rest of her life.

TommyUSA...I just watched your latest video and you are the best. You know how to say what all of us feel...how much we want for Susan to win and reach her dream. I have been out today shopping (didn't want to go because I thought I might miss something} and just keep humming to myself and probably out loud "Memories." I am so dissapointed that the BGT show did not think ahead and look after Susan in advance, given the obvious mass media attention she had. The entire BGT show is a disgrace in my opinion and in particular the way they handle vulnerable young persons, eg. Natali and Holly. What a complete disgrace to British broadcasting. I really hope that many complaints rapidly flow into the British Broadcasting Authority. I already sent my complaints - child exploitation (both from side of the show and the parents who put vulnerable children in that position)

This comment is for susan and not for the benefit of anyone else, i only hope and prey that one day in the not to distant future, she sees it. Susan, you have brought so much love and happiness into my life. Your courage and determination has humbled me to tears. The moment i heard you sing i stood up from my computer and could not speak. I found myself in tears. I am heartbroken at the things that some mindless people have said about you. It makes me ashamed to call myself human. I can only live in the hope that they too are ashamed of the hurt they can cause. You truly are a wonderful lady and if i beleaved in god, i would prey for you. If their realy is angels of life then you have been given somthing that no other person i know possesses, and thats the ability to speak their language. All the best to you my love. About Susan being first in the line-up, my guess is that either BGT is using misdirection to get millions of viewers watching from the very beginning, or they are "balancing out" the fact that Susan sang last in the previous round. The latter motivation would be a very considerate gesture, because she won't have to sit around getting all nervous while everyone else sings; she can just sing and be done with it and relax for the rest of the show. However, I wouldn't be surprised if the former motivation also played a part in it.

The chat room is still there--only 1 person was still in it a few minutes ago when I left for awhile. I found out--all we have to do is, only use half the screen, and keep the bit up that shows everyone entering. Simply click on all 'guests' and it blocks them from showing their comments on our screens. For awhile there I was going over and over the 'guest' list, blocking and re-blocking, but it does work, especially if you block them all before they put through any comments.

So--the chat room may need to be 'cleaned out' whenever we want to use it, but it can be done! Doesn't stop those 'guests' from viewing it, but still...it's definitely useable.

I just read in the West Lothian Courier that Susan had a cold the day of the semifinals and that day earlier she had slipped on the stage and almost fallen. She said that was why she hit a false note at the beginning of her song and why she was nervous walking out on stage. I didn't read this anywhere else.

For those in the U.S. were at work earlier today, they opened up the chat room, and it was fantastic. Besides our usual members commenting on line, there were a bunch of new members coming in from all over the world not just in the U.S. and Great Britian, it was wild...France, Austrailia, Ukraine, Canada...many new people from U.S. It was a great idea to add the chat room. I think the web site owner here feared we might get some foul mouthed people. We had one, but we chased him off. It was all great otherwise.

Susan, I am writing to you hoping some day you can read it. I just can't get enough of your singing. Tommorrow I am looking forward to your best work ever and I am praying for you. I can't wait for your first CD. There has never been anyone that I've heard before on any talent show that I've enjoyed their talent enough to buy something from them or to go see them. You have changed that. When you went up 4 octaves after the word shame in your first audition (the last being the strongest) I thought gee wouldn't it be great to get a song that highlights what you can do for the final. I hope all the fans and people are giving you the time you need to practice a new song. I could listen for hours and hours and never get bored. I heard Americans can not vote, what a shame. I just saw on E! Entertainment Susan looking good and with a female that was with her and she was smiling. Pieers was on an interview there and he said that he told Susan to unpack her bags because this was the biggest prize. Apparently Susan listened to him and thank God she did. Hopefully, this will turn out good for Susan and all of her fans. I am glad I got to see this with my own eyes instead of hearing this and that. Susan looked.... GREAT!

Currently (4:40 pm Pacific Time) if you use the MyP2P website to get a live video feed, both ITV 1 and ITV 2 display the message "This programme is not currently available to watch on itv.com". So it looks like at least for now, ITV has shut down live streaming from it's end.

Let's hope we can find a way to watch Susan's performance live tomorrow! JustinTV and uStream are possible alternatives.

This story still has me in shock and awww. I just read that most of the flights from New York to London are full and unavailable now. People are literally flocking there to see her performance and they said atleast half the country of Britain will be tuned in. No wonder Simon sadi he's never seen anything like this, it's crazy. Thats my question too JRH2063 ! Why did BGT let it get to this critical stage?! They should have protected Susan from the start,when she first came to the hotel. They pack so much into one week,maybe they need to rethink this show's schedule. Its grueling. I feel sorry for the 2 who won today,they have to perform again tomorrow,with not much time to rest! I just went to the original blog post for the chat, and the link no longer works. It was probably taken down because of all of the trolls everyone's been referring to. If there's still a working link, how do we find it?

Hopefully we can get a message board for discussions. That has the advantage of being members-only, and allowing trollish/spamming posts (and "members") to be deleted--and also doesn't depend upon being there "real time" to participate. ;-)

Today was the first day up and the fan site editor was monitoring it all day... I believe to make sure no one put any bad words, etc. He may have taken it down when BGT came on at 7PM...he was also being interviewed by Sky News in Scotland and he was going to be discussing the tremoundous impact this site has had. Susan is just amazing. That VOICE ! ..... it is so powerful and yet fragile at the same time. It's heart-breaking. I hope she doesn't change the way she "looks", because when she smiles she is one of the most beautiful people I have ever seen. And that cheeky Scottish personality .... she's a hoot !!! Even though she was obviously nervous at both previous performances she managed to "nail" both songs (both notoriously difficult to sing). At the start of "Memory" she knew instinctively that she was in a little trouble and fixed it straight away (when she placed her hand on her diaphram and settled herself down). May you have a long and wonderfully fulfilling career, Susan, no matter what happens tonight. Let me see it I have this straight--- If there is a ton of pounds bet on Susan to win BGT tomorrow nite, doesn't that mean that all those that placed their money for her to win would also go and vote for her to win as many times as they could so they wouldn't lose their money? If she loses, then they lose their money. RIGHT? Finals tomorrow are 6:45 PM to 8:30 PM GMT (1:45 PM to 3:30 PM EST)

Final results show is from 9;30 PM to 10 PM GMT (4:30 PM to 5:00 PM EST)

Thus, an earlier main show, then an hour off, then a half hour results show. (Hope this helps)

Shucks I ain't never been praised for not really knowin' how to do somethin' before... Truth is, I don't know how to do a good many things...

But, reckon it would be kinda nice if somebody were to get that chat room back up and operational again. There's a whole herd of us scattered all over the world that would just like to talk with our fellow Susan Boyle fans as the excitement and anticipation begins to mount.

But, last time I was there the "spoilers" were out in full force...these lowlife idiots don't know more than two or three swear words...and that's their whole vocabulary. And right now they are tryin' to hurt Susan's reach for the gold...that's what bullies do, I suppose.

I think it's all damage control, if they opened the links to the world, they'd be swamped the sites would freeze up, as there's such a world following for Susan, and because of her fame the other acts have gain fans through out the world too. I was almost in tear myself when Hollie asked if she could have another go at it, and then Ant said the producers said there wasn't enough time, Dec consoling her, the Simon stepping in as the Knight in shining armour, said, We will find the time. I can see why they want to keep it in the family as per say, but I'm sure the sites on YouTube will post the videos as soon as they can knowing there is a global demand to know the results.

I'm a bit disillusion of BGT with the goings on these past couple of days . I knew nothing about the show.It was Susan who led me to it. From my point of view Susan seems like the only serious ,grown up contender. I mean ,kids crying all over the place, judges giving second chances. Packing all these acts ,40 of them into 5 days. It does seem more like a circus than a talent show. I am only grateful to them for one reason. They brought Susan to us. And now ,regardless of what happens on that show,she will make a cd and it will be a huge hit !

The http:www.myp2p.eu/ is a live station, albeit technically a 'pirate channel'. It works well, or has for me, all along. I recommend it for anyone who has good antivirus protection, because going to such sites always causes all sorts of problems otherwise.

If you want to use it, just enter the URL by hand, then click on the Live TV in the top row of tabs, next, the Entertainment tab below that, and last, the iTV! channel in the grey box. Be sure to already have the latest WMP or RealPlayer installed, and it pops right on!

Depending upon which browser you use, and if you use 'custom' settings, you may have a box pop up asking you to 'choose' which media player to use. Take care of all that beforehand by going there now and arranging it. Me, I just have my players on my Desktop so I have something to click on when needed. Once you have 'chosen' a player for the site, though, you won't have to do that step over and over each time.

ITV 1 gave me a an HD, perfect audio, in real time last week. I am waiting for the USA EST time. But, more acts. Last week it started at 1530 hours. Maybe a little earlier this week. Flawless feed... A+ or a 10. Video and audio were fantastic... When I was a child, I cranked our phone to ask the operator to get Mrs. Burgh on the line.... 55 years later and we have Susan Boyle live in HD... amazing.

Sun will win, Susan will win, Susan will win....

AND, the WORLD will be better for it.

Is the line up given above actually the order in which the acts will be presented? It is exactly the same as the line up of winning acts by semifinal nights, people's choice followed by judges choice all the way down. Have a good look.

Why would they put Hollie last, for instance? (So that she can't have 'another chance' later?) And why have Diversity and Flawless perform one right after the other? If that is how they are doing it, then, fine, but it's a bit odd, lining up the acts according to the order they got voted into the Finals.

If Susan does get to go first--hmm--I could see that maybe working well on her behalf. Please, prepare your voting fingers, all UK fans! :-D :-D :-D

Susan Boyle is up first, no pressure there. But it might be nice to set the bar and just sit back. American television is full of reports that Susan has quit or is having a crisis. Critics will take the smallest thing and blow it totally out of proportion. Media feeds on its' self and makes news by forcing pressure on the top runner. I hope that Susan Boyle is up for it. If I am like most people my age (a grammy), we are all rooting for Susan and follow every lead to recordings that we find. She showed talent very young but she wasn't blond and perfect so she was over looked. Well watch out now. She has some fighting spirit and has nothing to loose by risking it all now. America is rooting for you Susan! We get perfect people shoved down out throats here in America all the time but we love talent more than artificially perfect people. We love YOU just the way you are. You are someone that we can all relate to. Grammys have the power of the disposable money and we are not afraid to use it!

When I was in there today, there were MANY bad creeps in there, most were 'guests' there was one who's name was - GueroMex who was bad, I reported them. If I had known then how to block them, then they could not have bothered me and the same with the rest of the members. They could go KuKu trying and being ignored, and that is what they deserve. Why not have Paul just tell everyone to block them when they go in chat? Not everyone is reading our messages so many won't know.

The media is trumping up their last posion to get the most papers sold this week. Susan is news. Hopefully, the UK public will stay true to her. The British bookies are still showing her in the lead unless they just want to collect more money for the pot. The Sun and Mirror papers I think are like our american Enquirer paper, the scuttlebut news stories. And these are the worst out their right now, but it's not as bad as it has been for last couple days.

I don't normally chat in chat rooms but I decided to try it for the first time. I was surprised at how many ugly people or "trolls" there are out there. I blocked those that I found offensive, but is there some way to make the chat room a member only? I would like to celebrate when Susan wins tomorrow but I am hesitant to chat when there are such ugly trolls in there as well.

It is so sad that the media didn't learn the lesson from the death of Princess Di. It is also sad that they don't see the potential backlash negativity will have with the HUNDREDS of millions of people around the world who love Susan.

There is a real lesson to be learned in this amazing support. NBC announced tonight there have been over 280 million SuBo hits on YouTube in 7 weeks. It will take months for analysts and marketers to figure out this immense international reaction. I hope they sit up and pay attention that we are sick of negativity. We are on the right track with our positive support. Lets keep it up!

Oh, Everyone, tell me people aren't going to feel sorry for Hollie and vote for her and not Susan?!? I was perfectly able to handle Kris winning Idol over Adam but I wouldn't be able to handle if Hollie beats Susan. Don't get me wrong. Ol'Dan - I am glad you are flattered and you are welcome for the compliments. Yes, he sure was a Sweetheart and I can't stop crying about him. He was my lil Kitty, that's what I called him. We were email buddies, we sent each other songs and pictures of cats and ducks. He was a cat lover and I am a duck lover. Of course I love ALL of Gods critters too, but, these particular ducks have been tormented and abused and tortured and killed so much by mean bully people just because some say they are ugly :( But like Susan, they shine above all thew other ducks. If you wanna see what I am talking about you can see my website - http://muscovyducks.com They are the SWEETEST of all ducks in the world, they try so hard to be your friend, yet just because they have some bubbles ontheir face people abuse them :( And I FIGHT the bullies! I didn't see any real tears either and they aren't doing that little girl any favors by giving her that do over. It is a sad fact of life that we don't get do overs. Look at Susan. She started off bumpy with Memories then like the grown up woman she is, she pulled it together and sang. I was so proud of her and I will remember that everytime I get scared or worried I can't so something. I will think of Susan placing her hand on her tummy and getting down to business.

I'm back, I had my Susan fix! I just review her performances and interviews again. It reassures me she is alright and will do just fine tomorrow. We know she has the talent and ability to win and win big. I think it will be her best performance yet!

@ ML Hollie will get a big sympathy vote, but it will be divided because of Shaheen. And in fact Aidan will probably share in the vote for those inclined to vote for children. Among the adult contestants there shouldn't be any question of who's on top, although if you want to worry about something I'd say Shaun Smith in second place.

Shaheen? I'm sorrry. He may have the voice but i'm so sick and tired of all the shouting instead of singing from this kid. Hollie and the 12 yr old from 2 Grand sings way better than him. And of course Susan Boyle wins it with a landslide.

For all UK fans on here: those of us who don't live in the UK and can't cast votes can certainly help 'pay you back' by purchasing extra 'whatever' when the time comes to do it correctly.

I happen to know that Paul is working on getting all that straightened out, and is asking folks NOT to try ordering flowers yet since we still don't know when Susan will be back home.

The fact is, she'll not be there for long, because the BGT tour starts in, what--a couple of weeks or so? She'll be back in London for rehearsals, and when the tour is over she is supposed to be set to fly to Prague and record with the Czech Nat'l Symphony for a few days. I don't think she has to 'win' BGT for that to happen...she only needs to get through her song decently.

Must be terribly exciting, the prospect of FINALLY getting to record a whole CD, and doing it with a live symphony!

We'll just concentrate on 'thinking' Susan through this whole thing, or praying her through, and doing a bit of creative visualization here...she is gonna do GREAT, she is not gonna pull a Hollie Steel on us...she is gonna be even better than she was at her audition...she will totally eclipse what she did with 'Memory', for sure...

I'm disappointed in the British media and, more importantly, the members of the British public who choose to criticize Ms. Boyle. She is not a longtime celebrity who is accustomed to the ebb and flow of public opinion. She is one of us. Of course, the criticisms disturb and distract her. Who among us would respond differently? If, in fact, you can cast a vote for Ms. Boyle on my behalf, I would be grateful. She is a lovely singer, entirely undeserving of the criticism she has received this week.

Allikat - THANKS for the info!! :) You can tell that Susan has not given all she has yet, she isn't even straining, she would probably knock the building down if she wanted to. Like, watch Jennifer Hudson and most of the singers these days, they are YELLING! They strain their face to get those big notes out, but Susan, hasn't strained yet! She is AWESOME!!! I think she is one of, if not THE, greatest singer of ALL times!

I have a 11 year old daughter and she saw the clip and said, "oh wow, that girl is a fake." Hollie is another Briteny spears, the mother forces them into showbiz, and keeps their money. BTW where was Hollie's brother who is a teenager and he also tried out for BGT last season but was told he wasn't good enough? Yeah this show is fixed. They're trying to force Boyle over the edge, and then say she's just not good enough for first place.

We as her fans need to vote for her as much as we can. She needs to win. I don't think Simon liked boyle from the beginning. If he had his way (if it didn't explode on the internet) he would have probably told her that she wasn't good enough. But because she is a huge name he had no other choice but to put her through the finals.

We will help her win. She's got to win. Or we will go down fighting.

Gawd you lot have been busy since I went to bed last night!

I'll be voting over and over again tonight, getting as many calls in as I can for Susan.

What a travesty with Hollie last night, voting her thro just because of her age and the tears. She is not up to this, none of the children should be put thro this sort of pressure. I won't be watching BGT next year unless they stop the kid acts.

Covananter - you posted how can we expect a child to compete alongside an adult? Well usually a child will get a vote over an adult even if it is just for the cutability factor. It was terrible about Hollie yesterday. The BGT bosses are worried about how Susan will cope and now have Hollie to deal with as well. I fear how the voting will go tonight. Hot favourite here seems to be for Shaheen or the dance acts. I am hoping Susan can pull it through and will be voting as many times as humanly possible. I hope that everyone who wants Susan to win and are able to do so, will pick up that phone and dial. I forget how many times someone has stated that they like someone on these shows and don't bother voting because it is so expensive.

@ purplegothicqueen Children apparently CAN compete against adults in this competition, and can win, but they really SHOULDN'T I believe is the point, for exactly the reason you state, the cute factor can offset the years of hard work and accomplishment factor. Kids should be in a separate category. But in this case I think Shaheen and Hollie (and Aidan)will cancel each other out.

Yes, I saw the interview with Piers with my own eyes so I know it is TRUE. He said he went to Susan and asked her to unpack her bags and stay for the finals as that was the prize she had been working for. I think they took Susan away from the hotel. The lady wa holding her hand and the media was taking pictures but they weren't bothering her and she was safe and she was SMILING REALLY BIG. I think she will sing for Pies as she likes him so much. LOL !

Oh yeah. before I catch a few winks there were several from this fan club who posted to Piers blog on Susan. Everyone did a good job and I think there was close to 600 people that posted the last time I saw it. Everyone was telling him that Susan needed protection from the press and about his comments about Shaheen over Susan plus the fact he had asked Susan for a date and she probably has a crush on him. I think he realized that. That was one reason he talked Susan into staying but BGT would have lost big time if Susan hadn't stayed for the finals. Simon is flying Demi Moore in for Susan. I posted 4 times to Piers myself and just told him he had better help Susan because her fans expected it from him.

Okaaaaay---just read the Russell Grant URL which TelsCafe posted. Sorry, but it reads like a self-serving advert to me.

Still--I read something from this other psychic at least a month ago, which said that although she couldn't see Susan winning this competition, she'd go on to have a fulfilling career; no garbage about 'doing a reading' for her and 'wanting her to follow certain advice' though.

Also spoke about some 'love affair' which would begin for Susan in either June or July and last 6-8 weeks, then another beginning next year, which would be good if she got through the first 18-24 months of it, and the couple would marry...wish I could remember the woman's name. I wasn't familiar with it.

These folks who get psychic 'flashes' can get it all WRONG, though, and that's the problem with publishing it. Then, there are of course those who just make it all up and foist off their fantasies on others.

It gives people who really do have psychic gifts and use them properly a very bad name. I'm not buying it, sorry.

OK, I read the Russell Grant piece of garbage. Everyone wants a couple of bucks out of Susan, don't they. First off, as for Susan needing the help of these charlatans, Susan's a Catholic and so I doubt that she would be interested. And the lot of the are crooks, so I doubt that many of us are interested. Hey--I think the whole Hollie thing might be a set-up. I have been watching it--sorry Fire Djinn that I cannot tell at all what Simon is saying--looks like 'Sasquatch', lol--but get this:

When I watched the show live, the resolution became rather poor so I couldn't be sure--but seeing it again in HQ makes me positive, now. Hollie was shedding no tears--none. It could have all been 'pretend' crying. At least I can't see any 'real' crying at all. Did anybody else notice that?

I'm wondering if Simon didn't maybe give her some kind of cue to stop or whatever, and THAT is what he was 'saying'. Because, that is where the whole 'upset' business began.

Would they DO that though--ask Hollie to begin 'badly', knowing all along they'd let her do it again later, in order to add to the 'drama' of the show, and possibly get Hollie lots of extra votes or whatever?

I know one thing--she sang nothing at all like her audition tape indicates she can sing, either time she sang. I'm beginning to smell a rat, and I'm furious that this little girl MIGHT have been 'used' to try pulling off a fast one. Could her mother have even asked her to do it...or been in on it...

This whole BGT competition, all the problems Susan is facing, and now THIS, too--it grows more peculiar by the day and I'm actually glad it'll soon be over and everyone can nurse their wounds and get back to some 'real life'. Of course, there is still the tour, but that should present no problems; no one will be 'judged' or voted on during the tour performances.

I don't think Holly was a show setup, but I think she pulled a "tantrum" to get the show to let her go again. That other little girl was way better and should have been voted in if they were going to let Holly sing off key, be that bad and then be rewarded!

Allikat: I don't know. I only saw the clip the 2nd time she sang from the BGT channel. But we all know that Amanda really likes children. I don't think Simon was that impressed with Holly. Simon said everything was getting through this year and I read he had never seen anything like this with Susan. I bet he has big headaches with him being over all of BGT. I did read Amanda's comments before Holly ever sang and she made the comment that she (Amanda) would like t stat a children's BGT and she wanted to be hostess of it but Simon would probabbly say it was his idea and she wouldn't get to do it. But, i think BGT set that press thing up on Susan to get big ratings today.

Also, seen news reports on YouTube, the companies didn't set it up right and no one is making any money off all of Susan's YouTubes and they are working on that to make money. It is always money and ratings no matter what.

Nope. The p2p channel has taken down iTV1. The stupid iTV site won't even let me play any of its videos or shows LATER, in either IE6 or Firefox. Always tells me there are 'technical difficulties' rather than I can't watch anything on it outside the UK.

So--I can just sleep through the show, rather than waste time during it wondering what is going on. I'll read about the results tomorrow night or Sunday. I HATE THIS! But why am I not surprised somehow...

Oh, I do agree that Natalie was way better than Hollie. I'm sure that BGT wanted ONE of them on the show. Trying to remember--wasn't Natalie on the first show? Since Susan won, they put Diversity through--if Susan hadn't won the popular vote that night, I think Natalie might have been put on rather than Susan!

But how could Hollie 'pulling a tantrum' even make the judges allow her to sing again later? It really did look as though whatever Simon said got her to stop...when she could have kept right on going the first time.

Beloved Fellow Susan Supporters, the start of the last few hours. I'm in such a state, I feel I will fly to pieces before it is over. Kalua, don't know where you got the info about what Demi and Elaine Paige told Susan, but that is great. She needed that support from people she admires. Ryan, can you tell us if Susan got the e-mails we sent to your address for her? Paul, or anybody, do we know that she has received the card and messsages and any reaction? Every time I feel myself getting too wrought up, I just send more love thoughts out to Susan and then say, "please, please let this happen for Susan. You are funny! Your Awesome. I was up all nite worrying about Susan. It's 4:37 a.m. here in the Chicago area. I keep thinking, and thinking Susan will be outstanding today but she has had too much pressure. But, once Susan starts to sing she forgets about everything else around her. I do believe if she had not fallen in practice before the semi she would have come out stronger. Going first, may help her she hated all the fuss by the makeup artists. Does anyone know what she is singing yet?

Allikat, I'm not sure it was Simon or if she lost sight of her mom in the audience. If I can't get to see the show today, it might be just as well than watch what type of meltdown that poor child will have today. I don't think 24 hours or less is enough time for her to recoup and perform well.

I think Holly is spoiled. I could be wrong but some child stars can't deal with this. We all know what Hollywood has done to child stars. Several lives have ben destroyed because of it.

All these will inspire her to knock out all the opponents and nail the song!.As for Hollie I felt it is rather unfair to allow her to restart again in the last semi final 5. Half way she sang she cuccumb to pressure. She saw Simon said somthing, then immediately she bit all her fingers and started to stop and cry. If in the final they allow her to restart again the judges play double standard and should be protested. There isnt any serious threat by Shaheen either. After exposing so much reality, who could be surprised that she began with a false note?

Susan Boyle, the singer who entered the world's consciousness and was given a very large apartment there, all because of YouTube, stepped onstage for her second performance in "Britain's Got Talent" to expectations that exceeded anything she could possibly deliver.

Her hair was darker (though still pleasantly wild), her eyebrows still brooding, and her dress a little more expensive.

Her voice, though, faltered under the lights of a billion eyeballs.

The first notes of "Memory" from the musical "Cats" weren't ones that Andrew Lloyd Webber had put there.

But a stoicism built from the bricks of a thousand days of damp, dark Scottish existence and a life experience of being bullied, teased, and tormented for her supposed disabilities, was her lifeboat.

She clutched her stomach twice, almost as if her diaphragm was a malfunctioning bagpipe bag.

She gave it a couple of squeezes and any twitchy bats that might have happened to have taken temporary residence in the bag fluttered away, leaving her voice to regain its strength.

Was it as good a performance as her "I Dreamed A Dream" from the first show? No. Her life didn't depend on this one. Neither did we. In fact, uncertain notes crept back in near the end like recurring doubts.

It didn't matter. Because now the world has embraced her being far more than her singing.

The judges all gave her a standing ovation, as if they had caught the wrong flight and had been sent back in time to a party convention in Brezhnev's USSR. The voters made her their first choice for a place in next week's final, because not doing so would have denied all their honest instincts.

The rest of us sat there and began to realize that by embracing her so absolutely, by bathing in her story so totally, we may already be losing her. In tiny steps, she's becoming a professional. And we will look upon her differently, like a child who suddenly gets her own money, buys her own dresses and may, oh God, get her tongue pierced.

The first cut was the deepest. Now we can enjoy, we can admire, we can relive.

But it may never be the same again.

The worst part of it is that when she was refused a second try, she screamed and and kinda stamped her feet on the floor!!! The judges accepted this capricious behavior??? Amazing indeed. Well, SUSAN OUR SWEETHEART OF ALL TIMES, just drown them all with your sensational voice. We need only one Susan, that's SUSAN BOYLE. Please vote for Susan on my behalf please. I wonder what PEBBLES is thinking of her "MOM" and all the attention the world is pouring on these two!

Got the coffee, and a NEWS FLASH - - there is hope for humanity, thanks to Susan Boyle!!

Picked up my daughter & friend from an 8th-grade social last night. Susan's 'Memory' was playing in the car. Friend gets in, exclaims, "Is that SUSAN BOYLE?!?!?!" and the two of them fall all over themselves about how awesome Susan is. Friend also has Susan on her iPod. B/c they're 13 and I'm not, I automatically assume they're pulling my leg. But to make a long story short - they're totally serious. After determining that many of their adjectives mean that they in fact LIKE her ('She's sick /nasty' - HUH? Allow me to translate, I speak American Teen Girl - that means 'Exceptionally Good'), they like her because she's awesome, BGT is finally about talent, Susan's not an airbrushed, Botoxed bimbo. (This from my daughter the cheerleader, & her friend who could just as easily be a cheerleader.) So - there is hope for humanity after all!!!!!

The paper in Toronoto, says Susan might lose. Also states if she does good today, she will likely win. The bookies have still got Susan ahead for whatevr that's worth. Shaeen did not get the public vote when he was in the semi. I believe the votes are going to be immensely split up today and that may give Susan an edge.

Just so you know ITV1 is up this AM here in Chicago, IL. Hopefully, it will stay up.

Blackburn has a street party going on today and they will be watching BGT on big screen TV's in a couple places. That's probably why the site manager did not put up the chat room today.

I think she's going to knock 'em dead. She has to go in with the attitide that she's got nothing to lose - she's already got it all already - the $$ is coming her way, as is the eventual performance before the Queen - all but the bragging rights of winning. And it is NOT worth stressing to the high heavens over THAT, to the point where you risk flubbing it. If she's cool, relaxed, and belts it out as we know she can, she will win it hands down.

Good morning, all. It's 7 a.m. in Minne-SOH-dah :-D and I've been home from work for about an hour. I should be getting some sleep before the finals begin--if we'll be able to view them, here in the States--but hey, guess what, I am sitting at the COMPUTER reading everything that happened on this blog while I was at work!

@ Lovin' Every Minute - LMAO about the teen thing! My son, who is now 22 and in college, picked up the expression "sick" and was using it constantly when I visited him for Christmas '07: "That's sick" = "That's awesome/cool/groovy/far-out" for the current generation.

When my son and his friends were in high school, the expression was "tight." It was very strange hearing them say, "That's tight" and "That'd be tight," when I was in the midst of reading Hemingway and other lost-generation writers using "tight" to mean "rip-roaring drunk." :-D Hopefully that's not what they were doing in high school... but who am I kidding? *sigh*

@ everyone re: the Hollie thing - I viewed the video last night, and as an experienced parent, I know fake-tantrum manipulation when I see it. I won't claim infallibility, but I watched the video expecting to see a genuine, emotionally distraught collapse, and instead it sure looked to me like it was VERY calculated and controlled, like the kid that's watching to see if the fussing is achieving the desired effect or if said kid "needs" to ramp it up a few notches to get the adults to cave in.

I wouldn't spank, as one person suggested; I would just respond by simply refusing to give the would-be manipulator what s/he wants. Doesn't take long to break the tantrum habit once the kid realizes that tantrums are the surest way to guarantee NOT getting what the kid wants!

On the religion thing - We have people from many religious backgrounds here, and no religions at all, each expressing our good wishes and good faith according to our own beliefs and backgrounds. As long as we respect each other, I see no reason to "censor" ourselves, and I think it would be sad and less rich discussion if we did so. I don't agree with every particular way in which every single person expresses their faith, but I can still understand and honor the HEART behind it, even if another person expresses their heart in a way different from how I express mine.

Peace. Love. Compassion. And most important of all... GO, SUSAN, GO!!!!!

To me little Hollie looks like a child who is pushed by her parents. Children that age are too young to participate to contests where it is mostly adults. Furthermore oftentimes these children are pushed so hard by their parents that their life at home is miserable. To me it is abuse and therefore there should be rules in the country that minimum age is required to participate to such competition. Let children live a normal child life.

I'm still thinking she'll sing I dreamed a dream but not until the end of the show after the winner (Susan) is announced. I think she's going to finish her story with My Heart Will Go On for her mum. I think she could nail it because she'll sing it with so much emotion.

I dont see the dance acts in the final as a serious threat to Susan as the number that like that sort of thing and likely to vote will be spread thin with the number of dance themed acts in the final. Cute kids dont win these things anymore that happen in the 1970s shows and been cute kids before in previous two finals and not won. I see the biggest threat being Shaun Smith hes a good looking young guy and the teenage girls will vote for him. These voters are the biggest treat they wont like Susan (teenagers are completely shallow about looks and mostly ageist as we all know) or the sort of songs she sings but they love voting on things like this in big numbers.

Someone said something about religions and the part played in all this. Susan obviously had the support of religious people in the beginning with all the saintly praise she was getting in those early days. I sense that this has ebbed because this "angel" has shown her capacity for swearing. Well, can I ask these people to once again support and vote for Susan tonight because their hero Jesus also lost his cool? He cursed and condemned moneychangers (just like Susan did) so there is even more reason to support Susan. Christianity by nature should aim for courage not compliance. There are lots of people getting into trouble nowadays for fighting the good fight but they aren't in the public eye so we can't make anything of it. I'm not comparing Susan to Jesus... I'm just saying to the religious out there, you don't get to heaven for useless things like not swearing your whole life. Heaven has far higher entrance criteria than that. Courage is one of them.

I just got a message from my friend in England, here it is - "I will certainly let you know how Susan Boyle does tonight JJ but I think she has got quite a lot of opposition. There will be some good acts but also some that I don't think anything of. I really don't know why she has had trouble. I think she has been heckled by some people but not sure who and she retaliated. I think it is all very tense and has got to some of them. A little girl, 10 years old, broke down on stage last night but they let her have another try and she got through to tonights final. She has a very sweet voice but I don't think she is good enough to win unless she gets sympathy votes. I think the pressure is terrific on all of them."

the only way i can see susan not winning is for her to completly bosh it, or sympathy voting ie hollie, that was a put on or it was fixed for her not to win. she is the best act in all of them and remember scotland will vote for her because they are very patriotic and look after there own.

Also, I see the rumor mongers have their tabloid hats back on If anyone from outside could monitor this site, I'd hate to here what they would say about some of the loony's here .. Howdy Pards,

Well nine acts are gonna be hurt tonight...it's the nature of the beast. Are they worthless? Of course not. Some of them are extremely talented indeed.

All have wonderful potential for the future.

All of us, here, are rabid Susan Boyle fans for many, many different reasons. The fact remains however that she has touched the hearts of hundreds of millions of us. Never before has such a thing happend on this scale...never.

For over a month, now, we have been celebrating this wonderful lady...a huge number of us have gathered here on her fan's site...because we wanted to learn all we could about Susan...and because all of us felt the same thing, something wonderful, something magical...something we have never felt before when we heard her sing. It brought folks together from all round the world in celebration.

I believe Susan is going to win today and win big.

This wonderful fairy tale is going to have a happy ending...there is no doubt. God Bless Lady Susan and God Bless the 19,000 plus who gathered here in celebration of this wonderful lady.

Susan was moved up and has done her song -- The Dream Song. BGT gave her a very wonderful description and all the judges said she was terrific (though once the Diversity people danced, all the judges turned and said hat Diversity or Flawless should win. They are going to do the saxaphone now. -- Susan was excellent, but I couldn't see her lucky ring. Anyone see it? Pray. I still think Susan will win. They have split the vote between all of these dancers, etc., that Susans numbers will probably overwhelm them and give it to her. Pray, Pray, Pray!!!!

Gosh - so this is where you all are tonight....I am anxiously waiting a call from my mam or my brother, to tell the the results....can't wait. Mind you, they think Susan is great, thing is, they've seen all the other acts as well.....Don't know whether they'll be voting....I couldn't really tell them WHO to vote for but I am glad to hear that extra votes are going in for US. Who do we send the money too for the phone
