Hollywood star Demi Moore has reportedly revealed that she cried watching Susan Boyle's audition on Britain's Got Talent.
According to The Sun newspaper, the actress and her comedy star husband Ashton Kutcher watched a video of Susan on YouTube and posted comments about it on social networking website Twitter.
Kutcher reportedly posted a link to Boyle's performance on his Twitter page, writing: "This just made my night." Moore then replied to this posting: "You saw it made me teary!"
Over five million people have now watched Boyle's rendition of 'I Dreamed A Dream' on YouTube.

What a a show.. Congrat's
After a long day at work and a little sad, I sat in the living room not expecting anything out of the ordinary when God suprised me with an outburst of beauty that brought my uneventful day to tears and awe. Thank you Ms. Boyle for the person you are and the joy you have given me.

In a press statement, producer Cameron Mackintosh has echoed the comments of judges Simon Cowell, Piers Morgan and Amanda Holden, saying, "Just like the judges and audience I was gob-smacked by the emotional powerhouse performance of Susan Boyle's show stopping rendition of 'I Dreamed a Dream.' Vocally it is one of the best versions of the song I've ever heard. Touching, thrilling and uplifting. I do hope she gets to sing it for the Queen."

Susan Boyle does not even need the show she auditioned for or Simon Cowel. -She's a natural born singer and ..frankly, with that beautiful voice, I would buy any album she put out.
Watching this woman sing also brought tears to my eyes. I can undersatnd demi Moore's reaction. This performance was inspiring to all women who are not perfect 10's, but have other talents! BRAVO!

I am a huge fan alreay of Susan Boyle. I too was brought to tears watching this raw and rare event of being "present" as a Star was being born. Susan has the power, and innocience to Move millions. I adore her, and feel unmeasurable joy for her and her success. I also feel to be "privledged" to have been witness to this! I adore her!

I laughed when Susan said that she'd never been kissed but then added 'That's not an advert' What a refreshing woman she is. I predict that she will have many suitors after this and after reading some of these comments I can see it's happening already and for good reason. A true gem has been discovered. She has given so many people hope and it's sorely needed in a world that has thus has looked for physical perfection in its icons. Susan's life has changed after this audition and so has ours...for the better. May she never change.

I was sat next to my newish girlfriend while watching the show and by the end of performance i was too scared to speek in case i gave away just how big a softy i was feeling.
But my tears spoke for themself.
One of the great joys in life is to watch someone come from nothing with a bang in shows like this.
And Susan's own supprise at how well the judges and audience reacted tells me that if only she had put herself forward 20 years earlier,then her back catalogue of hits would have made her as big as any female star you care to think of by now.

Britain's Got Talent is a good show, but too small for this talent. I can hardly wait to for Susan to do a concert with Andrea Bocceli. Being currently out of work is least of her worries now.

Absolutely the voice of an angel. This incredible woman showed the courage to perform for those who initially scoffed her....it was wonderful to see the surprise and appreciation in their eyes. I know I am a fan of Susan's, she has the most beautiful voice. A humble woman who surprised us all. BRAVO SUSAN, I want to hear more.

I am awed. There are no words to describe the moment you started to sing. I felt as if my soul was lifted and I had been given the nost wonderful gift. The world must surely see what a treasure you are. I hope with all my heart that this opens the doors for all of your dreams to come true. I hope to see you perform again and again. The mass consciousness is receiving lessons on humility. This is evidenced by the recent Britain’s sensation, Susan Boyle who blew away the judges (and the cynical audience) on the television show, Britain’s Got Talent, with her beautifully moving performance of “I Dream a Dream.” My heart went out to her as I recognized myself, not in her obvious divinely-given talent, but in having to present myself (in times past) before a difficult crowd – whereas I would coward, she stood there, like a messenger from God Himself, (or Herself), and deflected the “slings and arrows” back into the hearts of those doubting the presence of beauty in everyone and all.
My tears fell as I felt braver once again while listening to this remarkable woman who had come to remind me who we truly are. I was humbled in the recognition of greatness. And, reminded, that I too, could be great – in my own way, of course. I think this was the lesson for all us – a stunning reminder presented to us through a gift of Grace that came through Ms. Boyle.

I was so ashamed of my first impression. I thought she was going to be another person with no talent trying to get some tube time. When she opened her mouth an angel emerged. She was wonderful. I have never been blown away by anyone's audition on a show like this as I was by Susan's. Like Demi I saw it on YouTube since I am in the US. When Susan sang I was crying like a baby! What a voice!

I thought she was absolutely AMAZING. I thought that it was gonna be one of those things where Simon slams her and she was gonna be awful. Well I am ashamed and I was wrong. I have watched this 10 times and I only heard about it 2 hours ago ..LOL. Gave me goosebumps, and if I wasn't at work I would cry. truly wonderful. This goes way beyond "Britain's Got Talent" or "American Idol"...Susan has broken through an extremely tough barrier...prejudice against age and appearance and she climbed to the top by singing just one song. I can only imagine what we're all in for when she blesses us all with her first CD. The Queen's going to have first crack at hearing Susan sing in concert! What an honor!

I saw Susan on YouTube, heard her prologue, saw the performance, and, two minutes in, I had tears rolling down my cheeks. It's wonderful when someone who has deserved a chance all her life finally gets one, and makes good. As (judge) Piers said, "...the biggest surprise" and "the biggest 'yes'" he ever had; and Amanda: "I honestly think that we were all being very cynical, and I think we got the biggest wake-up call, ever." She has made us all cry with tears of joy, given us all a reason to smile when all we hear about is bad, depressing new. I have watched this video of Susan at LEAST 25 times and each time I am reduced to tears. We all saw her ridiculed by the audience, and we know that she has been treated thusly her entire life (never been kissed!). As a long-time opera fan, I was as delighted as everyone with Ms. Boyle's performance. She reminds me of some of the great divas of previous generations like Joan Sutherland and Beverley Sills, who relied on their voices and their hearts, not on their looks or sizes. Brava Susan

There are very ordinary male and female singers over the years that have had number 1 hit cds . As sure as night follows day when this lady has her first cd released it will rocket to number 1 all around the world. Not just the fact she has such a fabulous voice, But in the manner thats this amazing woman took everyones breath away with such a wonderful charasmatic personality. Wow!!! I have never watched any version of the American Idol'ish shows and had no idea who Simon was or how the show plays out (still don't). My husband showed my the video of Ms. Boyle's performance this morning and I have watched it at least a dozen times today and played it for my friends and family. When the first note left her mouth my skin broke out in goose-bumps and my eyes filled with tears. Simply amazing!!! A HUGE fan from Texas!

truely remarkable...I saw it on the news, then I went to UTUBE to see the whole performance, I even saved it to my special folder on my computer so I will always have that performance. I have never heard anyone ever sing like that ever. I have been to a lot of concerts, and heard many great female voices, but all of the positive elements of their voices combined would not deliver what Susan Boyle did. It was all i could do to fight back tears. That was the most magnificent voice I have ever heard. It is a genuine honour to be in the prescence to true greatness.

I thought I was ready to make a comment but I remain without words. Every time I listen to you sing I get a lump in my throat and tears in my eyes. The world is a cruel place in which to live but you, Susan, give me hope. The beauty and compassion in your voice can perhaps tame the tiger that comes at night so that with the dawn of day we will see the tiger peacefully lying with the lamb. While I listen to you sing I am - at least temporarily - transported to a place in my mind where life is indeed worth living. This amazingly talented lady has a voice that soars in more ways than one. I was also moved to tears when listening to her debut on 'Britain's Got Talent' and I have watched it again and again. I have no doubt that she's on the way to a wonderful singing career and I can't wait to buy her first CD, hopefully with 'I Dreamed a Dream' on it. There have been other discoveries on these talent shows, but none has ever moved me the way Susan has. Listening to her sing today somehow did something to me.............gave me more hope for the future, I don't know, but it certainly made a big difference to me. I wish her all the very best for the final of the show and for the future. Whatever it has in store for her, I'm sure she will take it confidently in her stride. I thank the Universe for such a voice and the opportunity to hear Susan using it. Congratulations Susan!
susan,susan,susan what a performance,I saw when she came to the stage people in the auditorium making faces and did not like it I told my wife "look at themthey are making faces, very bad crowd, one women i saw making faces as if she had swallowed a bitter pill, and then it was a thrilling performance, a standing ovation should have been the best answer of what they did exactlt five minutes before, any way being a muslim( not lots of people like us)i prey for her long prosperous healthy,happy life.
This woman is amazing! It sad to see how people react to someone just because of the way they look. I hope Susan goes on to be a huge star. Then she can show all those people who judged her and she will be laughing at them all the way to the bank. It was so humbling to watch this brilliant women sing and it brought me to tears. I am still so emotional after watching Susan sing-it was amazing and I was also in tears. Would love to see this lady in person!!! Was very ashamed to hear all the groans and faces made in the audience that night.

Living in Los Angeles I don't get to see "Britians Got Talent" but thank goodness for YouTube. I'll be watching Miss Boyle's performaces and praying that she wins the competition. I've now lost count of the number of times I have viewed Susan's performance on You Tube. I am drawn to listen to her voice as I have never been drawn before. I've even sent the link to all my friends. The only downside is that living in Canada, I can't vote.

I get the chills as my eyes well up when I watch Susan's performance on You Tube.
In one short performance Susan did three things that many never will, she lived her dream, she made many realise that "you cannot judge a book by its cover", she brought millions upon millions of people worldwide together with a tear in their eyes.

You are truly blessed from God. I was so sad, but proud for you, when you smiled at those smug faces expecting a circus performance. You opened your heart to us and out came the most beautiful song I have ever heard. I can't stop listening to it. We all need a dream. Times are hard and people are hurting. Thank you for stemming the pain for those few precious moments.
I would make fun of people who cried at the movies. Takes a lot to get me emotional in that way but I have to tell you, after seeing your performance I had tears rolling down my cheeks. I am a talent scout and have managed some well known bands over the years and I will tell you straight up, YOU WILL BE a box office smash. I was in awe and totally blown away. Half of American was weeping while watching Susan Boyle's performance. Pure beauty elicits pure emotion. I have watched it well over twenty times, and still get chills. If you close your eyes while she is singing, you will feel yourself floating. Her gift has the power to transport you to another plain. I am very grateful to all who sent her audition link to me.

I love Susan Boyle. My ears and heart are now only for her. Every other singer on this planet sounds like cat howls in comparison, including Elaine Paige’s voice. But I am really disgusted in Demi Mooreless and Ass-ton Kutcher trying to parasite off of Susan’s fame. It’s so pathetic; why does anyone give a crap about what these self obsessed jerks think or how it makes them “cry”. Susan Boyle is better than them, and above them, she doesn’t need their approval. Everyone should be insulted that they are trying to leach from the sensation of Susan Boyle’s historical moment and untouchable talent. Demi and Ass-ton should be crying in shame of themselves, and hold there heads down in the presence of Susan Boyle’s name. First was a 12 year old Leann Rimes yodeling before 1000 unsuspecting people in Dallas, TX. A few years before her break out.
Second was a truly Emotional rendition of "The Star Spangled Banner" by Sandy Patti while at a conference in S. California.
Today, Susan Boyle became the Third. Blown away beyond belief over the cute naivite, unexpectedness, and earth-shaking gift of a voice. Only by chance did I hear about it.

i respect people that believe in god, i,m not one that follows the bible or any of that religious beliefs, but for one entire performance, she could have made me believe, any thing is possible, and that a genuine healing is happening to the earth people, by her unselfish performance, and contribution to our spiritual nourishment, and to music as a whole. i,m a singer, and the love she shared is nothing to compare to. she makes the songs her own. and i think god or an angel, or what ever has given our daily struggles a bit of a break, almost a well timed one huh, it,s ugly out there! my highest blessings to the boyle family that bore an angel.

I don't think this fairy tale will last: Susan Boyle is not used to this kind of attention, she had a brain injury when she was born, she lives in a tiny village, she's a loner and although her voice is beautiful, I don't see her being on the spotlight for a long time. This is the reality.
Anyway I hope she will win the contest and make some good money.

Gday.. I liked the Cry me a River version tremendously but Id like some comfirmation from Susan herself that it is actually her singing. It sounds like someone from an early James Bond movie..
