oysterpearl, I think what you might have done was put tommyusa as user name instead of what room you wanted to go to...just connect as guest, and then after you enter the "tommyusa" room, you can click your guestname and then click "options" at the bottom and change your name to whatever you want to use.

Noelle, I work at one of the busiest stores in my grocery chain. The thought of it being nearly empty on a Saturday afternoon brings a smile to my face, because normally it's a zoo. I have just read the article on digital journal.com on Susan's disabilities and feel really bad about what I said on her behaviour. I thought her brain problems had only made her slow to learn. Seeing her so quiet and nice in most of her interviews I didn't realize they could also affect her behaviour especially when under pressure. I am all the more awed at what she has accomplished so far. I am also heartbroken when I think of what this very sensitive and talented woman must have been through fighting all along to be accepted, loved and respected. The temporary absences of inhibition going with her disabilities could also explain why we all got so stongly related to her. As everybody said she sings from the heart because she can't hide her feelings. This has come as a huge relief to us all, compelled to control ourselves in many ways to be socially acceptable in a world that has ruled out sincere humane behaviour for quite a long time now. The first time I saw her I couldn't help thinking if heaven is for the humblest of us, then she's the right person. Susan may your voice reach to the heavens tonight and take us there with you!

Happy, my family is touched by several members on the autism spectrum. Although not TBI, the socially awkward responses are characteristic, at least for our loved ones. For us, some of the joy in Susan's gift has been that despite the handicap in the social world, there was nothing that could crush her power :)

I didn't like that dress myself. I wish she could have had the hand mike. Simon came across lukewarm. She was good, but it didn't seem as powerful to me. But the audience loves her, and I think enough people love her to put her over.

She was head and shoulders above all the rest. Must just be me that I didn't think she came as strong this time as the audition. Maybe it was the coaching. I did not like Simon saying that some people were saying that she wasn't equipped to handle it and should go home. Couldn't he have just stuck to saying it was a hard week.

I actually loved SUSAN's dress - very appropriate for the occasion - the long design, the dark colour. Suited her.

Sadly for my viewing, ITV didn't come well to my computer -- don't know if it's ITV or my broadband.

I saw some performances almost completely - some about 50% or less - but that of Susan was perhaps 20-30% only.

But I heard all of Piers' remarks -- and they were accurate, so far as I'm concerned : he said SUSAN should win the competition.

IvoryMist - she gave us a different interpretation this time. She really had to since she was singing the same song. This version was more like the Broadway one, lots of changes in pitch, and I noticed more emotion in certain parts. Personally I did like the first one better too, but this one just looked and sounded more professional.

DannyMac, I'm very nervous too. I do feel as if Britain has turned against her. Susan looked defeated as well, like she thinks she's going to lose. It would be so wonderful if she wins!

Thanks for the link to the video, Kalua! She was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME, even better than the first time!!! There was such a clarity to her singing, and I love the motions she did to go with the theme. Definitely a winner. Haven't heard the final results yet, but I'm sure she did it!!!

Come on now, did we really think they would do right by her?? The more things change, the more they stay the same. This girl has been severely abused from the start. People like us are in a league of our own. We don't need crappy shows to tell us we're great. They didn't let her win cause they can't use her to sell sex. Oooooooh SEX what's that ???? It's sounds really important.

I love this woman to bits, no matter what anyone says about her. I am a 33 year-old virgin (and I'm really hot.) Susan has inspired to keep myself for myself. People like us know what happiness is. We don't need anyone or anything. We're royalty and everyone hates us. So yeah, I guess you're right ... why should we have everything ?

So you go enjoy your silly biased results. Susan is my winner and she is a winner in LIFE , not on some crappy show. Only a special person could hit the last note like she did in memory.

Susan was beyond perfect. And she was gracious and high spirited in a defeat that really wasn't a defeat. She should be able to have pretty much whatever kind of career she chooses. She has proved her talent as well as her financial worth, but not at the expense of her personal worth. She came across as a winner from beginning to end. But I still feel empty. There seems no way she could have gotten less than half the votes, and so my first reaction was the same as DannyMac's, FIX, but as long as she is happy and on her way, I'll leave the tears for Hollie.

I am bereft. But Susan was gracious, kind, thoughtful, and good. I also sensed she was a bit glad it was fianlly over. Now she can go home and get her album out, work with Weber on her musical, and build her new life. To be honest, I didn't think that rushing into the LIVE tour next week or so was such a great idea. -- We need to keep in touch with her, do what we can to help her. She did win the battle. She did vanquish her antagonist. I just hope there is someone to keep reports on her activities up and going, pictures coming, etc. We have to emulate Susan and keep her dreams going. That doesn't make it hurt any less though.

It's over, the most extraordinary season ever. Was that because of Fred Bowers? SuBo is probably relieved to no longer have to put up with the circus of your show, but what does it say when you can't get 1st place to the one person who made you all household words around the world, coming from nowhere to shine brighter than the lights she was dissected under? I'll follow SuBo, buy her products, and throw a street dancer a quarter here and there, but your show no longer holds any interest.

Let's examine this more closely :

"Wow, Susan, you've had a very difficult week, you've had an amazing 7 weeks, but a very difficult week where you've been the center of the world's attention, there've been negative headlines, you've been boiling over, cracking up, gonna quit the show almost, kind of thing, and quietly all I kept thinking to myself was all you have to do to answer all your critics is walk down that stage to that microphone, sing the song that we all fell in love with, sing it better than you did last time, and Susan,I'm not supposed to favor anyone in this competition as a judge, I should be impartial, but you know what, forget it. That to me was the greatest performance I've seen in BGT history. You should win this competition, I loved it."

For those of you who don't speak 'jerk' this means go get married and be a good little consumer and stop showing me up. Little does Susan know she has been used to one day make chaste women out to be insane.

For those of you who have daughters older than 3, be sure to tell everyone "Yes, she does have a boyfriend!" Girls known to be virgins are incarcerated and forced to take sex-drive enhancing drugs against their will. This is a FACT.

Susan's treatment is a symptom of the way things are heading. Slut is becoming the new norm. We are not allowed to be spiritual and we do not belong to ourselves. Piers is one of the people who believe women should be given what they "really" want, so they remain nicely drugged, nicely pummeled, and behave.
